1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning provides professional commercial cleaning services as outlined in written proposals, service agreements, or approved estimates.
All services are limited strictly to the scope described in the agreed proposal. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided by the client and a reasonable assessment of the premises.
If actual site conditions differ from those disclosed at the time of estimate, the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice for recurring services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances.
5. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at scheduled service times.
The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or failure to provide necessary utilities (electricity, water, etc.).
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Secure or remove fragile or valuable items.
Inform the Company of any hazardous materials or sensitive areas.
Provide accurate information regarding site conditions.
The Company is not liable for damages to items that were not properly disclosed as fragile or high-risk.
7. Liability and Insurance
Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.
The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the services performed under the specific agreement.
The Company is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damages
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from undisclosed site conditions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Satisfaction Policy
If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
9. Cancellation and Termination
For recurring services:
Advance notice is required for cancellations.
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and design elements, is the property of Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Illinois.
13. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
